Rhine in Flames in St. Goar
The cities of St. Goar and St. Goarshausen have been hosting the traditional fireworks spectacle at the foot of the Lorelei and the romantic Rheinfels and Katz castles for more than 70 years. In the evening, when there are around 50 brightly lit passenger ships in the middle of the Rhine, the gigantic festival of lights can begin from the left and right banks of the river. To cap things off, the finale takes place in the middle of the Rhine.
